 Brandon is the founder of 5th Advising in Sedona, AZ, and a multifaceted entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience transforming businesses. Beginning his career as a fixer for underperforming automotive shops, Brandon has since expanded his expertise across industries including hospitality, tour & activities, sales, interior design, retail, housing development, marketing, bookkeeping & analysis, and automotive service. He emphasizes a holistic approach to business, highlighting the interconnected nature of all its components, driving sustainable success through strategic alignment and innovation. Brandon is deeply committed to community engagement, collaborating with local businesses to help the community rise together. He is passionate about sharing strategies and practices that have proven successful for him, his companies, partners, and clients. 

 5th Advising was founded in Sedona, Arizona, by Brandon Fults with a clear mission: to bring guidance to businesses looking to elevate.

Drawing on more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience across tourism, hospitality, aviation, automotive, and recreation industries, Brandon recognized that many business owners in the tour and activity space needed a different kind of partner—one who understands both the unique rhythm of the industry and the complexities of building and growing succesful businesses and teams.

From his leadership roles with Sedona Jeep Tours, Sedona Airways, Fay Café, Rooted in Sedona, and beyond to his earlier management of Riverridge Golf Complex and Oakway Golf Course in Eugene, Oregon, Brandon has spent his career creating exceptional experiences, growing and launching businesses, and managing risk in dynamic environments. Those same principles—clarity under pressure, long-term vision, and genuine care for the people he serves—became the foundation of 5th Advising.

Established as a boutique advisory practice in the heart of Sedona, the firm quickly earned a reputation for thoughtful, transparent, and holistic business practices that reflect the values and lifestyles of the owners and employees.
